Know anybody in Milano - Nepali Trail Runner to hopefully visit Italy

Hello runners, 

Thomas Moser a while back proposed trying to invite Upendra to run in a race in Europe.  

We have a place for Upendra in http://www.transdhavet.it/en/trans-d-havet/percorso which looks like a great 80km race in a beautiful place on 27th July. The organiser is very friendly and helpful.

Now we just need to organise some logistics. Thomas may not be in Munich around this time, so wondering if it is better to fly to Milano. The choice of major airports is really Munich or Milano, with a 5 or 2.5 hour drive to the start. 

Do any of you out there know any people in the north of Italy who'd be willing to help Upendra in terms of a little accommodation or with local information and getting around?

Please let me know if you think of anything!

Once we have and idea of travel logistics in place, then we can apply for the Schengen visa which takes a little time and paperwork.
