Would be great to organise some shorter races around the kathmandu Valley on a regular basis. However this requires some voluntary effort. Route setting, timing, start finish management, prize finding (restaurant voucher, massage voucher, nights in hotels, bags of rice, old tables, clearance stock - anything), local coordination, communications and so on. It's not difficult, just takes some time and commitment. 

I would love to see 12 trail races in Kathmandu this year.
