Hello from switzerland,
we are going to spend our holidays in nepal this year. starting to plan the 3 week now. about 4 days we would like to run. we would like to do some trailrunning. we are thinking of doing perhaps the royal trek. anybody can help us with tips, maps, guides - or alternative routes. lately we did the alta via #1 in the dolomites (about 100km and some (;-) ) altitude in 4 days) - so we are not realy newsters ;-)
anybody got any good ideas...
