Saturday 20th Oct Shivapuri 24km

Greetings, 

I propose a run on Saturday morning, the 20th October. 

There is a Swedish guy in town here for a few days called Kristian. Could try either the usual 10-13km summit and down again, or the nice 24km loop (though I have a sore foot currently). 

Anybody interested for a run at a fairly decent pace?

Final details. 

8am at the park gate. Have your Rs. 250 ready for the ticket. 

Roger leaving in car from Summit 7.15am. 

Kris, be at education ministry corner at about 7.25am. 

I will be picked up at Shangri La at 7.30am. 

Anyone else coming will need to arrange own transport.
