Longer run on Saturday 1 December

Dear all,

Thomas has Sigi, his friend from Singapore, over again. He wants to take him out for a longer run with chances of good views and some nice trails. Last time it was Kirtipur, Kokhana, Dakshinkali, Champadevi and back home. This time it's gonna be up North.

We leave the Summit Hotel at 7AM in a car for a 7:30ish start at Kopan: then up Shivapuri, along the ridge to Borlang Banjyang, down to Chisopani, around the back on the scar road to probably Sankhu or where ever we feel we want to drop down. Back by micro.
