thank you for your interest in our yoga retreat!

this is a mass email we sent out to our students last month, with photos of haramara retreat center.

wade and i were recently married and teach ashtanga and vinyasa flow classed together.  we switch off leading the class every 5-10 minutes,  which adds a great dynamic to the class.  we both do a lot of hands on adjustments to help you learn and feel the poses in your body better.

we live in santa monica, but own a yoga studio in Kansas City, MO, called, Maya Yoga.  we will be moving back there next month to run it full time again.

Dear Friends-

Wade and I would love you to join us for our 7 day retreat at the beautiful Haramara Yoga Retreat Center, near Puerto Vallarta, Sept 27th-Oct 4th!

We have attached a few photos of a guest room, the yoga room and the surrounding area, filled with greenery and the beauty of the ocean.

We will be doing yoga every morning and then you are free to go the beach, relax in your room, go to the spa, or explore the surrounding area, thru hiking and other outdoor activities.

We will end each day with an optional  breathing, meditation and chanting class, to help you connect more fully to yourself and God and to sleep peacefully....

Haramara is known for its' sacred and special energy, which will leave you feeling very renewed and transformed after a week of inner reflection and being in nature.

 Early registration fee still applies:  Prices begin at $1250, depending on your accommodations.

 All prices include your yoga, your room and  3 delicious vegetarian/vegan meals a day.  Air fare is not included.
