KATEV THEORY IS REDEFINED BY MAHENDRA SUTAR

Katev is defined as something which cannot be defined but it does not
means that it is meaningless.
Katev does has its own meaning but it is undefinable.one can describe
the figure,body and hidden CURVE'S of katev.
Also one can feel,touch and even 'kach kach' with a katev but when it
comes to defining a katev then even the famous personalities like
bajjya will keep their mouth shut (would be like dream come
true ;-) ).
At the end remembering the great saying of prof. Pandey "katev cannot
be defined but one can comment on katev" ......moral of the story :
In order to survive in mumbai university one should be able to do
'CHATNI MIRCH' of the topic as i have done above
