New Book news:

Just a quick note to let you know that I have a short story in the
anthology WOLFSBANE AND MISTLETOE that's coming out this week. It's a
nifty collection of werewolf stories for Christmas and the author list
is very impressive: Charlaine Harris, Keri Arthur, Patricia Briggs,
Carrie Vaughn, Donna Andrews, Dana Cameron, Karen Chance, Alan Gordon,
Simon R. Green, Toni L.P. Kelner, J.A. Konrath, Nancy Pickard, Dana
Stabenow, Rob Thurman, and me! Just what you need for a happy howl-
iday.

In Appearances news:

I'll be attending Bouchercon, in Baltimore Maryland this coming
weekend (Thursday Oct. 9-Sunday Oct. 12 at the Sheraton City Center
hotel). I'll be on programming Thursday and Friday and attending a
signing for the anthology on Thursday night, October 9 from 5-6 p.m.
at the Barnes and Noble at the Power Plant in the Inner Harbor. Fans
who attend the Wolfsbane and Mistletoe panel on Friday have the
opportunity to get a nifty Christmas ornament to hang on their
werewolf--err... I mean tree.
