INSPIRE 2 Research Training Centre is a dynamic training company in partnership with Saliya Systems Pvt Ltd, India comprised of an extensive network of academics and researchers from around the world. We are dedicated to achieving customer satisfaction by understanding and responding to our Client’s research training needs.
Universities and other higher education institutions in India are increasingly taking on complex, multi-faceted educational challenges than ever before. In doing so, they are searching for motivating, and providing the academics with hands-on research training through a number of ways that depart from those normally used in professional development activities. In this context, these educational institutions can now be seen as research organizations for new knowledge and innovation. Nevertheless, research education and training plays a major role to enhance adoption. There are several driving forces behind this evolution: a growing dissatisfaction of parents and students regarding the qualifications and hands-on research experience of academics compared to developed countries; a heightened pressure from governments and educationalists to address and connect academic and intellectual ideas about research theory and practice (through the recently introduced PhD entrance exam for quality control); and a growing realization by Universities and other higher education institutions to provide research training opportunities for the academics to build on their strengths or work on their weaknesses.
On the whole, the Deans and head of departments of Universities and other higher education institutions are now under pressure to change their organization’s research orientation by placing a greater emphasis on developing academics’ research attributes. In addition, there is also a growing interest by academics and early career researchers that educational qualifications in themselves are not a panacea to address teaching and training issues, but need to go hand-in-hand with supportive value-added research activities. It is the major focus of INSPIRE 2 Research Training Centre to nurture a distinctive, high-impact research culture among them to enhance their research profile whilst helping them to address these sorts of concern.
INSPIRE 2 Research Training Centre aims to simplify the research training concepts into practical settings that can be translated into greater productivity and professional gains.
