there are several vocabulary registries.
There's Linked Open Vocabularies (LOV) [1], and our own vocab.cc [2] service
which gives basic stats and search functionality over classes and properties
derived from the Billion Triple Challenge data set.

I think the best resource is VOAF (Vocabulary of a Friend),
http://labs.mondeca.com/vocab/voaf/index.html and the joined LOV
datasets, http://labs.mondeca.com/dataset/lov/index.html (there is a
SPARQL endpoint, and a CKAN entry).
