[PATCH] examples: Document a simpler way to disable layers in a repo

Being asked by colleague to migrate some yocto layer to wrynose, an AI
may have actually become innovative by proposing a form that both works
in kas and is shorter than what we suggested so far. So let's make this
official and praise the AI which will substitute us all soon.
