We appreciate your participation in our preliminary screening round. We hope that the experience of taking the online test was enriching and competitive.
Please find below points on online test. Kindly cascade it to the students
- Incase there were some candidates who faced technical issues during the test, the time lag is shown on the test report and we are manually looking into their response sheets to evaluate them on what they have submitted.
- For students who had an issue with submission of programming questions, please note that the tool automatically captures the answer and we evaluate the same accordingly.
Please find further steps after online test below:
- The shortlisting process is a time taking one as we have to go through some of the response sheets manually to be fair on evaluation of every students and be able to attract the best talent.
- Looking at our logistical feasibility and panel bandwidth, we plan to conduct pooled campus events or telephonic screening rounds for shortlisted students.
- Both events or telephonic round will be conducted anytime throughout the next two months.
- We will get back to you with the result of shortlisted candidates from your campus the moment it comes through.
- We will also drop you a note if there are no students who clear the online test from your campus.
