The “NCVC’14” is designed to facilitate interaction and discussion about recent trends in VLSI and Communication among members of both the professional and academic research communities. This will provide a common forum for dissipation and sharing of knowledge, information and experience among the faculty members of technical institutions, scientists, research scholars and students across India.
