Hi Don,

Kartaverse is collaborating with the open-source Gyroflow project and EmberlightVFX, in an effort to help support open and accessible cross-host compatible IMU (inertial) motion data driven data interchange and video stabilization approaches.

The stabilization process is done using exported metadata track information that is sourced from the original camera recorded video files (MP4/MOV/etc). This extracted gyro metadata information can be used to do XYZ rotation based stabilization in the Resolve (Free), and Resolve Studio Fusion page via CSV and JSON exports from Gyroflow's latest dev builds.
