i need to use [python.pih] with centOS and Windows10, How to Install Karrigell 3.1.1

and i run python.pih on centOS, it do not run.

{www.myweb.com}/cgi-bin/PythonApp.pih

and i run localhost/PythonApp.pih with XAMPP on Windows10, it do not run.

localhost/python.pih

i try it many more, it's do not working.

how to fix it's.
