got a letter today frpm
MATTHEW PEARSON solicitor, group legal services for karoo.
to cut a long story short. i was banned for life for posting a images in a
none image group so they say. the images was soft porn pictures of me no one
else but me.
but you see i my account was disabled at the time these images was uploaded
to the news server.
the karoo local server is a locked group. a group i had no way of getting
into from my husbands AOL account.
on the fone today with mr pearson (01482 602296) my husband pointed this
out. that these images was uploaded not by me as we had no karoo accout.
Now after proveing that this was not me to karpp to there solicitor and the
so clled elite team that work at karoo and can not use a canalder .
they said no i cannot have my broadband acount back .
Karoo now now i did not do this i.e the things i was banned for life for.
the real reason i was banned is this.
i posted a link about another isp in hull that is cheaper then karoo if you
do not want broadband.
because i kept demanding to know why the pop3 e-mail server kept going down.
i wanted to know why they charged 80 quid for a broadband modem that i could
a gone to nemax and got for about 60 quid cheaper ( can i point out the
modem cost me 55 quid on special offer from karoo).
and last but not least when i rang one evening to speak t someone about not
being able to log in. the gentleman for karoo said something to me i did not
understand. so i ask him what does that mean. and he told me he did not know
it is what is on this bit a paper he has to read out when someone rings
saying they can not log on.
SO KAROO YOU DO NOT LIKE ME THAT I AM SURE. YOU DO NOT LIKE THE FACT MY
HUSBAND AS NOW PROVED HOW WEAK THE POP3 SERVER IS , IT AS BEEN PROVEN THAT
KAROO AS BEEN HACKED AND MORE TO THE POINT YOU CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT
THIS KAROO. THE PUBLIC SHOULD KNOW THAT ANYONE CAN CLONE A IP ADDRESS AND
USER NAME AND USE IT FROM KAROO AND KAROO CAN NOT TRACE THIS.
