Taken from my book with the floating baby (or whatever they was trying to
achieve) on the front of it, it's:
proxy.kingston-internet.net
port 8080 (duh) :-)
That could have changed, as this books a few years old now!

You seem to have erroneously placed a letter (R) in the word poxy.
