5-8 outrages a week that need an email sending to all customers, and

OK I know what you are getting at :-)
Take a look in claranet.systems or claranet.support and all is not
sweetness and light in there at the moment. Their news servers are
terrible, remember a lot of people just take out a subscription for
their new feed and at the moment its not giving value for money. Seems
also people are having probs with their 24/7 0800 service.
BUT and its a BIG BUT their are 2 regular network/system admin staff
(Steve and Faye) who do post dozens_of_times_a_day helping customers
with problems. Something that Karoo used to do but stopped after staff
received personal abuse. So why don't Clara staff get abuse to the
point of saying they will ignore pleas for help???? Simple Clara NG's
are ONLY available to Clara subscribers and they will (and have done)
suspend accounts of people who go too far with personal comments.
Ohhhhhh for the old days when k.local was a closed NG and Mark H & Co
kept US informed.
