Yes, and it seems like it will stay this way/get worse. I have rang twice on
the issue and they are prepared to do nothing! They infact tried to blame it
on Supernews 'the server must be busy' until I told em that it _actually_
said KILTD in the error.

Oh, and I'm the only person to have complained about it apparently, so one
person's view just is not enough.

When I get back from my course on Friday - I'll ring and ask for progress on
the news problem that I reported 2 months ago, then ask to speak to someone
to escalate it.

Did you read this on the other server?

<quote>
The groups will be sync'd in the near future.

However, they will be limited to Karoo users only.

Nope I read it here. I can't read it on the other server - it's not there.

Ow yeah I posted it the other day on here, but there was no outrage or
anything (like I was expecting) Don't people get it there will be no
karoo.local unless they use Karoo?

Will be a surprise to them when the 'near future' happens and they can't get
onto this group at all.

Make a noise now folks, or we'll all have to find a new home...sorta :-)

Like I said, I reported it 2 months back to the helpdesk. I knew it wouldn't
get anywhere - but it's logged. The logged bit is the most important part.
No excuse for leaving a job this long.
