Hmmm KI are again stopping my posts:(

KC have an exclusion zone around Hull until 2009. So unless people ask
for a review, then no BT will never come here.

BT are prohibitted from the installation of equipment as follows
(extract from the BT license):-

"Licensed Area" means the United Kingdom other than the area in which
Kingston Communications (Hull) PLC is licensed to run telecommunication
systems under a licence coming into force on the date on which this
Licence comes into force;

BT also happen to be an ISP. So what chance of Surftime? Or similar
offers - NONE.
