how do I password protect my karoo website please?

i think it's already protected from access, by yur karoo nodename/password
combo. unless you mean you want it to be protected from being viewed on the
web ... doesn't that kind of defeat the point of having a website?

Karoo currently has no cgi-bin (they do but you can't access it) so you can't
use the normal method of scripting. I do however have a few java scripts which
can give you multiple passwords where each password redirects to a different
page. If you just don't want people to see files you upload (eg exe, zip or jpg
files) then thats no problem because the apatche server karoo uses dosn't let
you see the files. If you would still like to have the script then contact me
