Postponement of NSC to 2011

Dear Sir/Madam

 

After much consideration, we have decided to postpone the National Secretaries Conference to 2011.  Our decision is largely influenced by the 2010 Soccer World Cup.

 

We will thus only host the following four conferences during 2010:
