Anmeldung Lageplan Anreise #TOP	16.7. - 23.7.19 Mahamudra-Retreat Mahamudra Retreat with Khenpo Tashi Rinpoche In this week long retreat we will explore the mind through meditation and train in cultivating its natural state "Mahamudra." Rinpoche will guide the students both individually and in group sessions and give them pith instructions to further deepen insight based on their experiences. We will meditate in various locations in nature and practice walking meditation in the mornings according to the Theravada tradition.  In the evenings we will practice Chenresi. Furthermore Rinpoche expressed the wish to teach about how to free oneself from physical and mental suffering, how to establish happiness and how to let the mind be at rest. Of course because everything is impermanent and due to change, based on the participants and the teacher, the content might also be adapted. The course will begin at 3pm on July 16th and end on the July 23rd at 12pm with a Milarepa Tsok offering. The accommodations will be in shared rooms (4 or 5). If you prefer, you can bring your tent or caravan. There are a few places for putting up tents as well as a parking place. During this retreat there will be alternance of practices sessions - in group and in private - and sessions of teaching. There is a lot of attention to the personal practice and sessions of Q&A will be organized. What will I practice ? Guru Yoga of Jetsun Milarepa written by Jamgon Kongtrul Lodrö Thaye. It will be practice in group and private sessions. What will I learn ? All the explanations to do the ritual of the Guru Yoga in group and personal retreat. Explanations of the meaning from the commentary of Jamgon Kongtrul Lodrö Thaye. How to do the tormas linked to this guru yoga. Can I take part ? In order to take part one should have received the refuge vows and Bodhisattva vows. Being already accustomed with the teachings of Vajrayana and notion of Guru Yoga. Having received the empowerment of Milarepa or taking the commitment to receive it in a  very near future. Being ready to commit to a 7 days retreat. Having contacted the teacher and get his agreement. ALL THE TEACHINGS WILL BE GIVEN IN ENGLISH Cost ? During this period, he was assisting them in giving explanations on the practices in the 3 years retreat center. Stephane is a disciple of H.E. Beru Khyenste Rinpoche who told him to teach in the Khyenkong Centers in Poland, Hungary and France. He is as well teaching in Denmark and Germany. He is now sharing his time between practice and teaching. His way of teaching is always emphasizing the importance of personal practice as well as sharing with people about the difficulties one might meet and how to get through it.
