Minimum Order:   300 $10 Cards With 15+ Vendors for $5.00 Each!!!

Suggestions of how to run a successful fundraiser:

HAVE FUN WHILE MAKING TONS OF $$$J

*PICK A PERSON TO BE IN CHARGE. PICK TEAM LEADERS AND DIVIDE INTO TEAMS OF 3 OR 4

 

*PLAN OUT YOUR START & FINISH DATES FOR THE FUNDRAISER. IT SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN TWO WEEKS

 

*SET YOUR UNIT GOAL PER PERSON. AVERAGE GOAL SHOULD BE 10 TO 20. DEVELOP A PRIZE PROGRAM FOR PARTICIPANTS

 

*ANNOUNCE YOUR PRESALE & MAKE YOUR GROUP AWARE OF THE PLAN. HAND OUT PRESALE SHEETS AND PRODUCT

 

*CONTACT GROUP LEADERS EVERY 2 DAYS TO GET A STATUS UPDATE ON UNITS SOLD

 

*COMPLETE PRESALE AND COLLECT ALL UNITS, PRESALE FORMS, AND MONEY WITHIN A FEW DAYS, BRING ALL GROUPS TOGETHER FOR A "RUSH" SALE:

We will create a fully customized graphic design for you.

We can keep it simple with just your logo along with the season schedule,

Or we can go as far as using one of your highlight photos w/ your logo watermarked in the background.

Any combination you can think of.  It’s completely up to you.

BACK OF CARD:

We will call your local vendors for you and get all of the offers for your cards.

You can tell us the places that you really want to see on the card.

As we get the businesses to be on your cards, we present them to you and you get to approve which ones you want!

 

You will get to approve of your cards FRONT and BACK before we print.

 

PAYMENT:

Payment is due 25-31 days from the shipment of the cards so that you can sell them first! We just require billing info on file like a credit card or organization checking to ensure payment afterwards.
