ESL Literature advice (which one and where to order it?)

Colleagues,

We are going to begin an ESL Class (Beginners, Intermediate, and
Advanced) for the Karen, Karennia, and Chin Communities in Richmond in
September. Three quick questions:

1) Any literature advice and/or recommendations for us?
2) How much does it cost?
3) Should we order from Amazon, the publisher, or another source?

Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
