Reporting "missing lessons" of "Say it in Karen" sound files

Hello,

I found out that sound contents of "Lesson 8.9 to Lesson 11.9" of Book
3 "Say it in Karen" was missing. I emailed to Duane. But I got no
reply.

Jonathan Wade's "Anglo-Karen dictionary" and "Vocabulary of Sgau Karen
language" searchable pdf files (not scanned files) are hosted at
Project Gutenberg of Australia website.

If possible, I wanted to see the missing "Lesson 8.9 to Lesson 11.9"
of Book 3 "Say it in Karen".
