The Global Health Fellows Program II, implemented by the Public Health Institute, is recruiting for a new fellowship as the Senior HIV Financing Advisor (GHFP-II-P6-247). The Senior HIV Financing Advisor will be based in Lusaka, Zambia, and will support the full mandate of the PEPFAR Coordination Office related to sustainable HIV financing. The Senior HIV Financing Advisor will coordinate and implement expenditure and cost analyses across the PEPFAR Zambia program; advise on and coordinate USG linkages with Global Fund activities; support work with the Ministry of Finance and coordinate USG participation in the development of national strategies in Zambia.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in public health or other related social science or finance field, ten (10) years’ experience in cost analysis or related financial planning and management, one (1) year’s experience working in one or more of the PEPFAR countries or headquarter agencies, and three to five (3-5) years’ experience in an international or resource challenged setting.
