Dexter Capuyan and Gene Roz Jamil de Jesus

The families of Dexter Capuyan and Gene Roz Jamil de Jesus, together with human rights organizations, call for them to be surfaced, more than a week after they went missing.

According to reports, Capuyan and de Jesus became unreachable to their family and colleagues on April 28, at around 8pm to 9pm. The last known location of the two were in Taytay, Rizal.
