We are pleased to invite you to KITAKITS! A Solidarity Fair of and for Victims of HR violations on May 25, 2024 at 3:00-6:00 PM in UP Promenade (in front of the UP Main Library), UP Diliman, Quezon City.

We are pleased to invite you to KITAKITS! A Solidarity Fair of and for Victims of HR violations on May 25, 2024 at 3:00-6:00 PM in UP Promenade (in front of the UP Main Library), UP Diliman, Quezon City.
Families and friends of victims of extrajudicial killing, enforced disappearance, torture, political imprisonment, and other forms of human rights violations have been at the forefront of pursuing justice for their loved ones and for all HRV victims. Through our organizations, we have been steadfast in upholding and defending human rights.
KITAKITS! is an activity that seeks to provide a space for HRV victims and families to get together and reaffirm our commitment for justice. At the same time, it is also a space where friends, colleagues and the general public are able to express their support and solidarity in various forms. The solidarity fair is also timed on a Saturday, following the monthly tradition of Third Saturday Gatherings by families of HRV victims.
We humbly invite you to join KITAKITS! by participating in the different activities (please see e-posters attached), inviting fellow advocates and friends. We also ask for your support by donating workshop materials (e.g. crochet kits, drawing materials), as well as support for food for the participants and other logistics.
We also ask for your support as we kickstart the donation drive for school supplies for children on the day of the Fair. School supplies, school bags, lunch bags and tumblers, as well as school clothes and shoes for children are most welcome. We hope to distribute these to children by the opening of the next school year.
