KIN, SUPPORTERS READY FOR ICC HEARING THIS FEBRUARY

Series of protests, masses, and justice watch gatherings set ahead and during ICC proceedings


Duterte Panagutin will hold a series of protest actions, religious activities, and justice watch gatherings organized by families of drug war victims, supporters, and advocates calling for accountability and justice in relation to the International Criminal Court (ICC) proceedings involving former president Rodrigo Duterte.


February 20 (Thursday), 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM, Balara, Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City

Black Friday Protest


February 22 (Saturday)

4:45 PM, Rajah Sulayman Park

6:30 PM, Our Lady of Remedies Church (Malate Church), Manila

Mass for Justice and Truth

A Holy Mass will be offered for the families of Duterte’s drug war victims, to be presided over by CBCP Caritas Philippines Episcopal Commission on Social Action, Justice & Peace (ECSA-JP) President Bishop Gerardo Alminaza in partnership with church and human rights groups.


February 23 (Monday), 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM, Atencio Libunao Hall, UP College of Law, University of the Philippines Diliman, Quezon City

Justice Watch

Families of drug war victims and supporters will gather to watch the first day of the ICC confirmation of charges hearing. Similar activities will be held in other regions.
