Launch of Justice for the Negros 19 Campaign Network

What: Launch of the Justice for Negros 19 Campaign Network
When: June 24, 2026 (Wednesday), 10:00 AM – 12:00 NN
Where: College of Media and Communication (CMC) Auditorium, University of the Philippines Diliman

The Justice for Negros 19 Campaign Network, a broad initiative that seeks to call for justice for the killing of what is now known as the Negros 19, will be launched on June 24 in UP Diliman.

The campaign network will bring together human rights advocates, peasant advocates, church workers, members of the academe, students and youth, and friends of the Negros 19, committed to supporting their families and the call for justice, more than two months after the massacre on April 19, and amid continuing violations of human rights and International Humanitarian Law.

The launch event will include updates on the campaign for justice for the Negros 19, the situation of the affected community in Negros, and plans for campaign and solidarity actions.
