Martial law survivors and human rights advocates led by SELDA (Samahan ng Ex-Detainees Laban sa Detensyon at Aresto) will protest the Supreme Court’s reversal of the 2018 conviction of former First Lady Imelda Marcos, acquitting her of seven counts of graft.

The Supreme Court First Division, in a decision dated June 10, 2026 and made public on September 9, reversed the Sandiganbayan’s 2018 ruling that found Marcos guilty of seven counts of graft in connection with her financial interests in Swiss foundations.
