Duterte Panagutin: #JusticeWatch on the ICC Jurisdiction Hearing

On April 22, 2026, families of victims and rights advocates will gather for a group watch as the International Criminal Court (ICC) Appeals Chamber conducts its hearing on the jurisdiction case of The Prosecutor v. Rodrigo Roa Duterte.
Scheduled at 11:00 AM (The Hague time), the Chamber will deliver its judgment on the appeal of the Defense against Pre-Trial Chamber I’s 23 October 2025 decision regarding the Court’s jurisdiction. The judgment will be delivered in open court and streamed live on the ICC website.
#JusticeWatch is part of the continuing campaign to hold Duterte accountable and to collectively monitor this crucial development in the pursuit of justice for victims of the so-called “war on drugs.”
