Among the highlights of the published report are the patterns of State violence and repression under the Marcos Jr. government with the human rights and international humanitarian law violations documented and reported during the 1st quarter of 2023, the persistent climate of impunity, and the Filipino people’s efforts to uphold human and people’s rights amid the dire political and economic situation.
