Families of Victims and Human Rights Advocates to The Hague

Families of victims of extrajudicial killings and human rights advocates will hold a press conference before a delegation goes to The Hague, as Rodrigo Duterte faces his first hearing on the confirmation of charges before the International Criminal Court on February 23, 2026.


This also follows the release by the ICC of the document containing the charges against Duterte and his co-perpetrators. 


The network will also announce plans in the Philippines and at The Hague during the week of hearings on confirmation of charges.
