On the eve of Pres. Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s  third State of the Nation Address, human rights alliance KARAPATAN will present its rating of the two-year human rights record of the Marcos Jr. government. 

Data on killings, enforced disappearances, arrests and detention, among other civil and political rights violations documented by KARAPATAN will be presented through a visual presentation (bulletin board/human rights by the numbers).
