Children's & women's rights advocates to hold candle-lighting for Mindoro bombing victims

📍Boy Scout Circle, Quezon City

Salinlahi, GABRIELA and other groups will hold a candle-lighting protest to call for justice for the 3 Mangyan-Iraya children and 2 young researchers killed by AFP's indiscriminate bombing and strafing in Abra de Ilog, Occidental Mindoro. They also demand that Chantal Anicoche be safely and immediately turned over to her family.

The groups fiercely denounce the military’s escalating assaults on indigenous communities—attacks that serve corporate interests and are fueled by the US' sham "peace and security" program.
