PRESS CONFERENCE: On the Negros 19 Massacre

The Defend Negros network, together with KARAPATAN and the National Union of Peoples Lawyers (NUPL), and human rights advocates will hold a press conference on April 29, 2026, on the Negros 19 massacre. Some of the victims’ families and friends will be present during the press conference to share their calls for justice.
