The Duterte Panagutin Campaign Network will continue to keep vigil on the last day of the confirmation charges hearing of the International Criminal in The Hague.
FEBRUARY 27, 2026
4:30 PM Protest in front of the College of Media and Communication
Ylanan Street corner Osmeña Avenue, UP Diliman
White ribbons with the word "Justice" will be worn by relatives, advocates and supporters in the protest.
5:30 PM Group Watch: Bulwagang Tandang Sora, College of Social Work and Community Development
Magsaysay Avenue, UP Diliman
Relatives of victims of Duterte's bloody drug war, as well as families of activists killed, abducted and arrested, will be present to watch together and call for justice, stressing that the charges against Duterte at the ICC are only part of the many crimes of the former president against the rights violation victims and the people.
Lawyers will do explainers on what we will expect after the confirmation of charges, as well as prospects on the case.
