Angels who haven't been assigned a prayer book as their primary responsibility now work as workers

in the Kingdom of Noah on the various prayer books.  It is a community of consensus and work agreements

as the unassigned angels work with angels they get along with and choose to work with on the various

prayer assignments.  They have a lot of freedom of choice to work on the prayer objectives which

appeal to them.
