年僅十八歲的台灣大學生林韋良，參加第二十九屆法國明日節雜技大賽，以六分半鐘獨創單人扯鈴技藝表演零失誤，擊敗全球二十三隊代表，奪下最高榮譽首獎總統獎、四場次共六千名觀眾票選第一名、俄羅斯藝術表演家維克多奇特別獎。他是參加此大賽的台灣第一人，且首度參賽就勇奪三大獎。明日節雜技大賽在法國巴黎舉行，共二十四隊雜技代表參賽；此大賽與摩納哥蒙地卡羅雜技大賽、中國武漢雜技大賽、中國吳橋雜技大賽，並列為世界四大雜技大賽，如同職業網球的國際四大滿貫賽事，極受雜技領域人士重視。
