Dear Singing fellows,

I am December's dinner planner. In this cold and rainy night, I am craving for a hot pot. And it came to my mind that why don't we have hot pot at our singing club on Dec. 12th?

Suggested ingredients:

Sliced beef and lamb
Shrimp
Clams
Nappa cabbage
Any kinds of greens
Mushrooms ( Shiitake or enoki )
Tofu
Fish cakes
Meat balls
Clear noodles
Dumplings

Any other ingredient suggestions?

What does everybody think about the hot pot idea?

How about Chicken?
 
I don't eat lamb, can we have one hot pot with lam and a different one without lamb?
