Seems the layout is currently broken in that it's not being set and thus output doesn't have proper HTML/CSS.
Is this work in progress or shall I look into it?

I haven't done anything with this. Max, was this working after you made the route changes?

It must be CSS DSL, that I've put yesterday. Will look into ASAP, sorry for trouble.

Just checked on fresh project generated from template. Works fine…
Hadi, could you please provide some details if there are any? Like error messages in console? Do you use latest Kotlin with it?
For faster turn around it might be easier to use Skype (maxim.shafirov) or GTalk (maxim.s...@gmail.com)
