Değerli arkadaşlar; Karadeniz Sınır Ötesi İşbirliği Programı ile ilgili  Konferans ve Ortaklık Forumu, 14 Temmuz 2016, Köstence, Romanya da düzenlencektir. 

Yönetim Otoritesi adına, Constanta, Romanya Temmuz, 2016 14 Ortak Operasyonel Programı Karadeniz Havzası 2014-2020 resmi lansmanı, sizleri davet etmekten mutluluk duyarız. Karadeniz Havzası Programı 2014-2020 Avrupa Komşuluk Aracı (ENI) kapsamında Avrupa Birliği'nin Sınır Ötesi İşbirliği (CBC) bir parçasıdır. Konferansın temel amacı Programın hedefleri ve öncelikleri ilgili teşvik etmektir:

İş ve Girişimciliğin Teşvik 

Çevre Koruma ve Deniz Çöp azaltılması

İkinci bölüm katılımcılara ağ ve fikirlerini belirlemek için fırsat sağlayan, bir Ortaklık Forumu ithaf edilecek ise günün ilk bölümünde, katılımcılar, teklif ilk çağrı için başvuru paketi ön sürümü hakkında yararlı bilgiler alacaksınız gelecekte de ortak projeler.

Konferans, yerel ve bölgesel yönetimler, tarım, ticaret ve sanayi, sivil toplum örgütleri, üniversiteler, eğitim ve araştırma kurumları odaları temsilcilerini bir araya getirerek, büyük bir katılım fayda beklenmektedir.

Please be informed that the launching conference of the Joint Operational Programme Black Sea Basin 2014-2020 will take place in Constanta, Romania, on the 14^th of July 2016, and will be dedicated to all external target groups, potential applicants & partners, programme management structures, EC representatives and decision makers in participating countries. During the conference, relevant information will be  presented to the participants, regarding the financing opportunities under the ENI CBC Black Sea Basin Programme 2014-2020 and the main aspects related to draft Application Pack for the 1^st call for proposals.

The event will also include a Partnership Forum, which will provide the framework for interaction and exchange of ideas, encouraging the participants to initiate partnerships for future projects.
