KaSim refactoring

Dear all

We have started working on KaSim 4 with a lot of cool new things on the workbench (speed up, scalability, analysis etc.). We'll let you know.

While work is in progress,  the current KaSim repository is unstable. So you should not use this version for serious work, but we are happy to have testers though.

The stable release of KaSim's binaries is accessible here:
