KaSim v 1.08

Dear all,

I am happy to release a new version of KaSim which essentially
contains a bug fix and a few minor issues. Because issue #36 may lead
to incorrect results I recommend using 1.08 if you are doing serious
stuff. I think the issue was introduced in a recent refactoring. Sorry
about that. I am essentially modifying KaSim's unstable version now,
so I hope 1.08 is rather stable now.

What's new:

- [BUG FIX] Correcting issue #36 (bug in influence map when creating
an agent attached to a previously existing one)
- Improving warning messages related to issue #32
- Allow user to define snapshot prefixes (see manual) following
improvement asked in issue #31
