Dear all, The Red Umbrella Fund is the recently launched new international fund to strengthen the sex worker rights movement by mobilizing funding for sex worker groups and activists. The fund is hosted by Mama Cash in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The grantmaking decisions of the Red Umbrella Fund are made by the Programme Advisory Committee, which consists of a diversity of members with at least 80% of the membership being sex workers. There are currently 3 vacant positions in the Programme Advisory Committee (PAC) for sex workers from Latin America, Commonwealth of Independent States (Eastern Europe, Central Asia), and Asia. All PAC positions are voluntary and require a high level of commitment, and all PAC members need to speak English.
