I don't know.
But opener would bid the same if the spot was shifted from spades to clubs. So I would think 3C should be reserved for that in the third round.

Well, yes, you would bid 3C on the 3rd round with AKJ xx xx AKJxxx. Which makes it the height of insanity to bid it when you have four spades and partner
raised.
