Announcement - Kapitan breaking changes coming up in 0.25!

Fellow kapitans,

Version 0.25 will be packed with goodies but most importantly, we'd like to let you know about 2 breaking changes: 

1) KAP-5 introduces refs (a higher abstraction to secrets). 

With this, the secrets folder and relevant compile and reveal flags have changed.

2) The first | operator in refs/secrets functions has been replaced with a semantically correct ||.
