[KI-LC] Two ISWG Reports for consideration

Howdy,

We have updated our two current reports and approved the edits this morning.

I hereby submit them for review by the Leadership Council.

First, the Information Sharing Report

Second, the pRFP Engagement Model

The pRFP report just has the line numbers removed. The Information Sharing Report has largely been cleaned up for easier reading, with a few deletions and one or two added quotes.  Otherwise, both are essentially the same document presented to the LC previously.

Just a small point.

The wiki says they have not been approved by the work group but the text inside each doc does.

So I guess the wiki text needs updating to reflect the WG approval?

Yes, it was just a transient tracking error. When I put them on the wiki they weren't yet approved. I've updated both pages to reflect that current status.
